1. When we give refunds
If you donated the wrong amount or were charged twice, we will refund the mistaken amount if you tell us within 30 days.
2. How to ask
Email us with your name, the reference number from your receipt and the reason for the refund.
3. How long it takes
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid from, usually within 10 working days after we approve them.
4. Failed payments
If a payment fails, no money is taken. If your bank shows a charge for a failed payment, it is usually reversed by the bank within a few days.
