Privacy policy

When you donate or write to us, we collect your name, email, country and, if you give it, your phone number and message. For donations we also keep the amount, currency, date and reference number. We never receive or store card numbers.

We use your details to process your donation, send your receipt, reply to your messages and prepare the reports that Nepali law requires, for example to the Social Welfare Council and our bank.

We share only what is needed with the bank that processes payments, and with government offices when the law requires it. We never sell or rent your details.

We keep donation records for as long as Nepali accounting and tax rules require. Messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as the sign-in cookie for staff. We do not use advertising cookies.
